She knew to be the "leader she would gladly follow" it was mandatory to establish a foundation of being emotionally healthy because the people she led were watching and that one interaction could have destroyed her integrity, influence, and impact as a leader whether she was at home or in the boardroom.

I do this by sharing practical tools and wisdom people can use IMMEDIATELY, applying them to every aspect of their lives because face it, it's no fun being the only emotionally unintelligent person in the room. You are responsible for how you act no matter how you feel.
